New York Blood Center is seeking a Donor Services Scheduler to manage Donor Specialist daily schedules, coordinate staffing across hubs, and update staffing aligned with program needs.
The role also covers attendance tracking, vacation planning, and ensuring payroll and related documentation are processed, with collaboration with management to meet staffing and training requirements.
This position is responsible for preparing and executing Donor Services staff schedule, monitoring schedule changes to promote appropriate staffing for EPD, ensure all financial, attendance and payroll documentation of staff is processed, perform various clerical duties to support office functions to promote overall efficiency and CPUC.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hourly salary is $33.52/hr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
