Flexistaff Solutions Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Industrial and Driving teams in Dunstable. You will manage bookings, source candidates, and handle client meetings, with a focus on delivering targets and compliance.

The role requires excellent communication, strong administration, and the ability to work under pressure. You will perform data entry, update CRM, and conduct interviews both by phone and in person.
