Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in our new recently opened offices in Newport Market, a vibrant atmosphere with superb office space right in the centre of Newport. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as recruiting trades, labour, and plant operators for the civil, structural, and housing sectors, consulting with clients on recruitment needs, conducting interviews, maintaining effective communication with candidates and clients, and executing recruiting strategies to meet staffing requirements. Visiting clients weekly to ensure our service delivery is exceptional and building local relationships with key clients.
