No prior recruitment experience is required, as training is provided. You’ll be supported to develop sales relationships, close deals, and advance through a transparent promotion path with uncapped earnings

How much can you earn?

Base Salary is $55,000 with no time limit on promotions and pay rises, you get them as soon as you hit the targets. Commission is uncapped. OTE in year one is $80K, year two is $180K and there is no limit from there as to what comes next

Where will I work?

You will spend at least 3 days a week in our New York City (Midtown) office with a team around you to learn from, and the option to work 2 days remotely
