JD Ross Energy in New York City seeks a Recruiter who will build a talent pool and client base in the energy and infrastructure sectors. No prior recruitment experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.

You’ll work from our Midtown Manhattan office at least three days per week with the option to work two days remotely, and you can earn substantial commissions with uncapped OTE starting at $80K in year one.

How much can you earn?

Base Salary is $55,000 with no time limit on promotions and pay rises, you get them as soon as you hit the targets. Commission is uncapped. OTE in year one is $80K, year two is $180K and there is no limit from there as to what comes next

Where will I work?

You will spend at least 3 days a week in our New York City (Midtown) office with a team around you to learn from, and the option to work 2 days remotely
