Job summary

Konstruct, a data center construction recruitment unit, is hiring a Lead Recruitment Consultant in Coral Gables, Miami, to own and grow a new US vertical from day one.

You will build client relationships across the US data center market, drive business development, and shape the brand while enjoying autonomy and a fast-growing, high-demand sector. Qualifications

• Must have minimum 1 year agency recruitment experience.
• Experience in the US market preferred for data center/mission-critical sectors.
• Experience leading recruitment initiatives and building a vertical from scratch is a plus.

Konstruct is hiring a Lead Recruitment Consultant to help build and scale our US business within the data center (mission-critical construction) market.
