Hays Recruitment’s Construction team in Maitland, Florida is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for the Construction & Property sector. You will develop client relationships, source and place skilled professionals, and manage a growing book of business in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You’ll work with a diverse team, leveraging outbound outreach, networking, and industry events to expand opportunities. A hybrid, flexible schedule and ongoing development support are available.

Your New Role

• One to two years of experience in a sales‑related role, ideally including outbound business development.

What You’ll Receive

• Base salary of $47,000-$50,000 (based on experience) and an uncapped commission plan ranging from 15% to 50%.
• A hybrid and flexible work schedule.
• Paid time off starting at 22 days, plus two floating holidays and two volunteer days. Top producers may qualify for unlimited PTO.
