Job summary

The Department of Water Resources (DWR) Talent Management Branch is currently recruiting for a part-time Recruitment and Workforce Planning (RWP) Analyst in our Sacramento Headquarters.

In this role, you will be working with our team of recruitment and workforce planning experts to initiate and/or recommend changes that promote innovative solutions to meet internal and external customer needs. As a departmental liaison with external contacts, you will also be projecting the Department’s image in recruitment events and addressing the Department’s recruitment and workforce needs.

As a permanent-intermittent position, the incumbent may not exceed working 1,500 hours in a calendar year. Permanent-intermittent (PI) employees are eligible to receive benefits after meeting the required work hour criteria and do receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis.
