Job summary

California Department of Water Resources seeks a Contracts Coordinator (Analyst I) for a permanent-intermittent, in-office role. Under supervision of the Supervisor I and on a Permanent-Intermittent basis, incumbent will assist the Field Division's Contract Services Unit with complex, technical and analytical work related to service contracts and issues of multi-million dollar contracts critical for services and goods to maintain the State Water Project (SWP).

As a permanent-intermittent position, the incumbent may not exceed working 1,500 hours in a calendar year. Permanent-intermittent (PI) employees are eligible to receive benefits after meeting the required work hour criteria and do receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis.
