The Recruitment and Programming Coordinator, Office of Graduate Careers, Georgetown Law - Georgetown University, provides computing, technical, research, clerical and administrative support to the Office of Graduate Careers (OGC) team, including handling logistical and organizational matters and playing a supportive role for all student functions and processes. The range of responsibilities include, but is not limited to, draft and send out OGC’s weekly careers newsletter, organizing and executing career events and programs; maintaining data files; preparing special reports and correspondence; processing financial matters for the team; receiving, screening and responding to email; and other electronic communication; and participating in meetings as requested.
This position reports directly to the Assistant Dean in the Office of Graduate Careers. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the career advisors in OGC. OGC serves the career and professional development needs of the graduate students at Georgetown Law. This staff member is expected to maintain current working knowledge of and be an active participant in all activities and issues undertaken by the Office of Graduate Careers.
High School Diploma and 5 or more years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of relevant work experience may be substituted for each year of education required. College preferred.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $21.16 - $35.29 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
