We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Analyst with a strong background in human resources to join our team. In this role, you will gain experience across the full recruitment life cycle from job description review and planning, advertising, screening, interviewing, and pre-employment to post-employment file-closing under the guidance and supervision of the HR Manager and Lead Recruiter.

This position will be located in Richmond, Virginia and must report on-site. This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, 1 day a week after 6 months of employment and proficiency is demonstrated. Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position now or in the future. Confirmation of eligibility to work will be required at time of hire.
The selected candidate must also pass a fingerprinted-based criminal background check.
