Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead Recruiting Transformation initiatives, turning program-level strategy into scoped plans, milestones, and delivered outcomes in partnership with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity projects across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out.
• Expert PM skills across planning, capacity planning, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Familiarity with recruiting/talent processes; ATS experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects: define scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and success criteria; own the project plan, schedule, issues, and risks.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and RAID logs; identify risks and manage changes; ensure scope changes are documented and approved.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (SMEs, Optimization, Compliance, Enablement) and manage dependencies to keep deliverables on time and within budget.
• Interact daily with development, support, and cross-functional teams to shape program plans and schedules for smooth delivery.
• Track and report project status, metrics, and health to stakeholders and leadership on a regular cadence.
