Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects, translating strategy into scoped plans and milestones in collaboration with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity projects, drive RAID logs, and ensure timely delivery across business and technical teams while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out (scope, schedule, risk, quality).
• Expert planning across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and related tools.
• Familiarity with recruiting/talent acquisition processes and systems preferred; recruiting/talent function experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects; define scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and RAID logs; manage risks and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage dependencies to keep deliverables on time and budget.
• Interact daily with development, support, and cross-functional teams to shape plans and schedules.
• Track and report project status, metrics, and health to stakeholders and leadership.
• Own project documentation including charters, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Drive clear communication across teams and support change management for rollouts.
• Facilitate meetings and reviews; provide leadership to local and virtual teams.
