THE RIGHT STAFF, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume entry- to mid-level roles from onsite St. Louis Park, MN.

You will source candidates, interview for fit, present submittals, and guide candidates through onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships. The role emphasizes relationship-building, responsive service, and collaboration with sales and leadership, using Bullhorn and other recruiting tech to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Human Resources, Business Administration, Talent Acquisition, or related discipline.
  • 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably supporting high-volume entry- to mid-level hiring.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • High comfort with recruiting technology, sourcing tools, MS Office, and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume entry- to mid-level contract and contract-to-hire roles.
  • Onboard candidates and maintain ongoing candidate care and relationship management.
  • Provide proactive client service and collaborate with Sales Associates and leadership.
  • Utilize ATS/CRM systems and digital workflows to track activity and performance.
