Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support HR by filling vacancies organization-wide. The role involves resume review, phone screens, job postings, and onboarding coordination in a hybrid environment.

You will collaborate with managers and department heads to define qualifications, manage the candidate pipeline in the ATS, and participate in job fairs and on-site events. Strong communication and discretion are essential.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage confidential situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, HRIS, and similar applications.

The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the HR department by effectively filling vacancies organization wide.
