Job Summary : The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist primary function is to support in the talent acquisition efforts for ISN globally and assist the team in carrying out various human resource functions by exhibiting the following behaviors : excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, accountability, and ownership. It requires that one be a self-starter, organized, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.

Key Requirements :

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• 1+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System or related ATS
• Experience with international recruiting (Canada, UK, Australia) a plus
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for hiring teams and candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
• Your role on the HR team will have the option to work remotely with at least 2 in-person engagement required weekly.
