Qualifications

• Hold an advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Experience with selection research, assessment validation, psychometrics, or recruiting funnel analytics.
• Comfortable with People Analytics tech stack and collaborating with data engineers.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R, with experience in statistical analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling with research findings.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrive in ambiguity and balance rigor with pragmatism.
• Track record of challenging assumptions with data and changing long-held practices.
• Navigate sensitive topics diplomatically while maintaining analytical rigor.
• Demonstrate intellectual humility and iterative discovery.
• Use data to improve how organizations find, assess, and hire talent.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research to answer questions about recruiting funnel health, interview quality, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
• Test sourcing, interview design, and selection decisions using rigorous experimental methods.
• Conduct mixed-method research to understand drivers and blockers in recruiting operations.
• Ensure responsible research practices and ethics in studying candidate data.
• Design and run validation studies to assess interview and tool quality.
• Apply psychometrics to improve interviewer calibration and rating consistency.
• Lead investigations into innovative approaches for candidate assessment.
• Create a metrics framework for recruiting org health and define KPIs and definitions.
• Establish governance for metrics across tools and reporting surfaces.
• Architect analytical solutions translating research into actionable products.
• Quantify adoption and impact of deployed tools for iterative improvement.
• Build visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to senior leadership.
