Job summary

Notion is looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to design, build, and scale the systems and programs that power how we hire. This is a role for someone who moves fast, owns work end‑to‑end, and creates infrastructure that doesn’t yet exist.

You’ll partner with Recruiters, Recruiting Operations, People, Finance, and senior leadership to drive high‑priority initiatives—defining how Notion finds, evaluates, and brings in exceptional talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, recruiting operations, or cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment.
• High agency: move fast, take ownership end-to-end, and don’t wait for explicit direction.
• Builder mentality: energized by creating something new or improving something that doesn’t yet work well.
• Strong project management: lead initiatives from scoping through execution with stakeholders and timelines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity: create structure where needed.
• Proven ability to operate with discretion on sensitive work.
• Strong analytical instincts to evaluate program health and data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Interviewer systems and efficacy — design systems, structures, and standards for high-quality interviewing, including training and certifications.
• Interviewer pool health — manage pool health, AI/experimental interview formats, and scaling quality.
• Recruiting team onboarding — build programs to get new recruiters up to speed quickly.
• Specialty hiring programs — support internal mobility, M&A integration, and other strategic initiatives.
• Cross-functional playbooks and infrastructure — create processes and coordination for consistent, scalable recruiting.
