• Own Notion's early career strategy end-to-end, from outreach to evaluation and talent development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and People teams to build scalable programs.
• Develop assessments that reveal how early career candidates think, learn, and create.
• Coach hiring managers to apply nuanced, fair evaluation for interns and new grads.
