Job summary

Puget Sound Energy is the largest energy company in Washington, seeking a Supervisor Recruiting Operations to guide a team of recruiters and staff. This role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic oversight to deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.

The ideal candidate will have deep talent acquisition expertise, experience with immigration-related hiring, EEO compliance, and familiarity with SuccessFactors or SAP as we transform our digital recruiting landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5 years in talent acquisition; 1 year leading teams or programs.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting with diverse roles.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements.
• Experience handling sensitive or complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiters and recruiting support staff to deliver hiring outcomes.
• Partner with Legal and HR to ensure compliant recruiting processes.
• Oversee adverse action processes and individualized assessments.
• Improve recruiting efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support implementation of recruiting systems and tools.
