DirectedLINK is a growing staffing and recruiting firm specializing in IT, Finance, Accounting, and Operations talent. We are redesigning the traditional recruiting delivery model by combining automation, specialized recruiting resources, and clearly defined workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
We are seeking a Recruiting Operations & Systems Lead to play a central role in operating this new delivery model.
Position Summary
The Recruiting Operations & Systems Lead is responsible for managing the flow of recruiting activity from the time a new job requirement enters our system through candidate submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
This is a hybrid role combining three core areas:
Recruiting Systems & Workflow Management
Manage and oversee the automated recruiting system, ensuring new requirements, sourcing activity, candidates, and priorities move efficiently through the recruiting process.
Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, onboarding coordination, and other activities that keep searches progressing.
Candidate Sourcing / SDR Support
When additional recruiting capacity is needed, assist the SDR team with candidate outreach, screening, qualification, and other sourcing activity.
During the initial 3–6 month implementation period, the role will spend approximately one-third of its time in each area. As the operation matures, approximately 80% of the position will focus on recruiting operations, systems management, and coordination, with approximately 20% supporting direct candidate sourcing and outreach.
