Job summary

We Are Sharing Hope SC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for recruitment and onboarding. You will work with hiring managers and HR to post jobs, schedule interviews, and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed.

The role involves coordinating new employee orientation, assisting with candidate assessments, maintaining ATS entries, and supporting recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business or human resources.
• 1-2 years of recruiting coordination, human resources or administrative support preferred.
• Strong discretion, ethics and confidentiality in handling information.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
• Ability to learn to use department-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job openings on internal and external sites.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with candidates, hiring managers and interview team.
• Send out interview evaluation forms and gather timely feedback.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screening, and references.
• Assist with sending candidate assessments and onboarding tasks.
• Maintain ATS data and update candidate status throughout the process.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire paperwork.
