Responsibilities

• Maintain and support staffing needs of the offices in Westfield and Livingston.
• Develop and retain relationships with candidates and referrals.
• Process employment inquiries and full cycle recruitment.
• Collaborate with management to develop job postings.
• Attend career fairs and networking events as needed.
• Coordinate in-services, training, and direct report for new hires.
• Identify and screen candidates and conduct interviews.
• Recruit passive job seekers and promote BAYADA partnership.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking aRecruiting Managerin our Westfield, NJAssistive Care Office to help support this office as well as our Livingston, NJ office.

As aRecruiteryou will:

• Maintain and support staffing needs of the offices
• Develop and retain relationships with candidates and referrals
• Process employment inquiries and full cycle recruitment
• Collaborateand develop job postings withmanagement team
• Attend career fairs andnetworking events as needed
• Coordinate in-services, training, and direct report for new hires
• Collaboratein strategicinitiatives to drive recruitment efforts and utilize various tools to source candidates
• Identify and screen applicablecandidates and conduct both scheduled and walk-in interviews
• Proactivelyidentify and recruit passive job seekers
• Promoteand foster ongoing partnership with directors, office staff, field employees, and other BAYADA recruiters
• Utilizevarious social media platforms

Recruiter Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• Agency recruitment experience strongly desired
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting preferred and 1-2 years sourcing skills
• Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
• Knowledge ofstandard HR concepts, practices, and procedures required
• Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills required
• Social Media Marketing strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• Ability to travel between Braintree, Plymouth, and Hyannis MA.
