Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving, a growing in-home care company serving seniors, seeks a Hiring and Training Manager for its Fairbanks office. You will recruit caregivers, train staff, and coordinate scheduling between clients and caregivers to ensure reliable service.

You will report to the local Operating Director and help grow the office through strong interpersonal skills, organization, and a dedication to quality care. At least one year in home care and managerial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in home care/healthcare.
• At least one year of managerial experience.

• Recruiting: Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.

You will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers and managing schedules between clients and caregivers.
