Summary
Lead and facilitate end-to-end hiring processes at Dynamic Aviation, providing leadership to the HR Recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing to onboarding
- Act as the primary full-lifecycle recruiter for Executive hiring and other positions as needed
- Provide leadership, tasking and guidance to the Recruiting team and collaborate with other HR team members
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, compliance, scalability, and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership as a strategic partner to align staffing strategy and execute business hiring strategies
- Serve as a brand ambassador, building and maintaining relationships with community resources and external partners for quality candidate sourcing
- Manage recruiting budget, develop hiring metrics, and report on recruitment performance
- Manage recruiting events, maintain HRIS, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to recruiting and sourcing
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team
- Design and deliver KPI driven reporting for key stakeholders
- Drive proactive talent acquisition strategies using technology and a variety of sourcing tools
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and translate them into actionable recruiting plans.
- Lead recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting
- Previous leadership or management experience (2+ years). HR leadership experience is preferred.
- Energetic with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment technology including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated experience with sourcing and digital sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ethical conduct
- Data-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and grow teams in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations/laws and compliance
- HR Certification preferred
- Prior aviation/aerospace or government contract experience is a plus
