Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Girard, PA is seeking an office-based manager to lead recruitment, training, and scheduling for in-home caregivers. You will report to the local Operating Director and help grow the office while ensuring high-quality client care.

The role requires at least one year of experience in home care or healthcare and at least one year of managerial experience. You will handle client and caregiver inquiries, perform administrative duties, and rotate on-call shifts.

Cornerstone Caregivingis a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers and managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.

Office Location: Girard, PA

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting:Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
