Eleven Recruiting partners with a nationally recognized law firm to hire a Recruiting Manager in Los Angeles. The role is hybrid, with three office days per week, and offers a base salary of $145,000–$155,000 plus rewards.

You will lead a small team, own end-to-end requisitions, modernize recruiting processes with Workday and AI tools, and partner with HR to deliver integrated talent solutions in a high-excellence environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams.
• Full-cycle recruiting across exempt, hourly and contract roles.
• A track record of improving recruiting processes, service delivery or technology.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and AI-driven recruiting tools.
• Strong grasp of employment law, candidate assessment and labor market trends.
• Comfort analyzing data and turning it into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Run recruiting operations: Own requisition management end to end. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, monitor pipelines and clear bottlenecks before they slow hiring.
• Drive process improvement: Raise service standards, streamline workflows and build accountability measures that improve every candidate’s and hiring manager’s experience.
• Modernize with technology: Optimize Workday and the applicant tracking system, build recruiting dashboards and metrics, and bring in automation and AI tools that make the team faster and smarter.
• Build the talent pipeline: Grow the employer brand on LinkedIn, oversee internship and early-career programs, and strengthen relationships with universities, associations and search partners.
• Partner across HR: Work with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll and firm leadership to deliver integrated talent solutions.

Details

• Location: Los Angeles. Hybrid, with 3 office days a week, typically Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
• Residency: You must live in California, within a reasonable commute of the LA office.
• Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 base, plus a comprehensive total rewards package.
