Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Green Bay, WI to lead a team of driver recruiting associates, including both leaders and individual contributors. The role centers on driver hiring strategies, cost savings, and lead generation actions.

You will provide leadership, coaching and onboarding, collaborate across recruiting teams to align strategies with organizational needs, and develop new workflows based on opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, sales or related field.
