Job summary

Groendyke Transport, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruiting strategy and oversee recruiting operations. You will manage a high-performing team, partner with Driver Operations and HR, and drive hiring results across the organization.

The role emphasizes developing people, improving processes, and using data to stay ahead of industry trends. Travel to company locations and recruiting events will be required.

• Collaborate with IT to improve recruiting tech and reporting.
• Travel to company locations and recruiting events as needed.

We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruiting strategy while overseeing recruiting operations and leading a high-performing recruiting team.
