Job summary

Crossroads Automotive Group in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will influence talent development and bring top automotive talent into our dealership network. You will partner with local schools and colleges, coordinate recruitment events, and collaborate with store managers and HR to identify staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience building talent pipelines with local high schools, colleges, and trade schools.
• Proven ability to organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Experience partnering with managers and HR to identify staffing needs and implement sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and communities.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with managers/HR to identify staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and role development for new hires.
• Recruit and network via postings, social media, events, and fairs.
• Develop technician apprenticeship/training programs and track progress.
