Sequence Holdings LLC in New York, NY seeks a Recruiting Lead to build and run the talent engine for refounding industries with AI-driven operations. You’ll own hires from search to close, work directly with founders, and design the interview process, rubrics, and onboarding to scale rapidly.

You’ll partner on compensation, leveling and culture as the team expands, aiming to attract exceptional technical and business talent for fast-growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven record of building teams at high-growth companies.
• Strong networks with engineers, operators and leaders.
• Experience recruiting technical and business talent end to end.
• Demonstrated ability to run sourcing campaigns and close hires.
• Awareness of comp, leveling and culture dynamics in tech.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and scale processes.
• Experience establishing recruiting pipelines and interview rubrics.
• Ability to sell the Sequence thesis to candidates and founders.
• Comfort using AI/tools to improve hiring efficiency.
• Bias toward action with rigorous stakeholder collaboration.
