Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Green Bay, WI to support Schneider's Driver Recruiting team. The Recruiting Intern will assist with interviewing and hiring drivers.

Responsibilities include answering calls, chats and texts from driver candidates, providing excellent service to candidates and internal teams, and scheduling interviews for driver recruiters.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Working toward an associate, technical or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, supply chain or logistics.
• Able to work full-time over the summer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
