Job summary

McKinsey & Company in New Jersey is seeking a part-time apprenticeship candidate to support the full recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer. You will work closely with the Talent Attraction team and CSPs, handling data management, candidate support, and interview logistics.

Qualifications

Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong in business basics and customer service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.
6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week.
In-person/in-office time is essential for apprenticeship.
