• Provide day-to-day support to interns, maintain program data, conduct analysis, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the intern experience.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support two key areas: interview coordination for our Research and Engineering teams and the day-to-day operations of the internship program. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners, this role will help ensure seamless coordination, effective program execution, and a high-quality stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities

Interview Coordination

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to coordinate interviews for Research and Engineering roles.
