Job description

join the world’s most equitable and specialized talent company

We are seeking a highly resilient, detail-oriented, and self-managing professional that will provide support for hiring managers and talent acquisition partners. This role provides high-touch support by executing the meticulous auditing and validation of incoming job requisitions. Historically, this role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment characterized by high administrative repetition, systemic inefficiencies, and rigid platform constraints.

The ideal candidate must be a rapid learner who is highly comfortable working autonomously to self-manage daily requisition volume. This position has no direct control over system infrastructure, meaning success requires extraordinary patience, rapid adaptability, and the capacity to execute highly tedious, detailed audits with consistent accuracy. In addition, the role demands proactive, professional communication, as approximately 30% of all requisitions require active outreach to hiring managers to resolve errors, omissions, or compliance gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate incoming requisitions for accuracy and compliance, ensuring the validation process begins within 24 hours of upload.
  • Serve as the primary contact for requisition inquiries, schedule stakeholder meetings, and provide real-time updates to hiring and recruiting managers.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on requisition creation, advise teams on best practices, and maintain updated process documentation.
  • Identify process challenges, propose actionable solutions, and actively participate in team alignment meetings.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support overall Talent Acquisition goals.
Experience & Education
  • 2+ years of fast-paced administrative, coordination, or customer service experience (HR/Talent Acquisition within auditing/SOW/SOP/reporting/managing logistics/coordination preferred).
  • 1+ years managing high-touch client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
  • Proven ability to multitask and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Core Competencies & Personal Attributes
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail & Auditing Focus: Outstanding ability to identify microscopic inconsistencies in data fields, compliance markers, and documentation, ensuring absolute error prevention during rapid-fire reviews.
  • Rapid Skill Acquisition & Agility: An ultra-fast learner with high cognitive curiosity. Proven ability to quickly pick up new software, procedural updates, and intricate guidelines, adapting instantly to changes in administrative processes.
  • Robust Self-Management & Motivation: Highly autonomous. Able to stay motivated, energized, and focused when working through long stretches of repetitive tasks, setting a high personal standard for output and speed.
  • Patience & Resilience in Inefficient Environments: Possesses a constructive attitude and thick skin when dealing with rigid tool limitations and process inefficiencies that cannot be immediately fixed. Focuses energy on maintaining smooth execution and positive relationships.
  • Assertive, Professional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the professional confidence to initiate active daily outreach to clarify requirements, resolve compliance issues, and deliver direct feedback to stakeholders with empathy and clarity.
Base Salary

$38,010 - $51,450 (Hourly RPO contractor position).

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.

In addition, Randstad offers rich learning & development opportunities, as well as a competitive benefit package.
