Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month temporary contract. You will manage interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience across time zones.
Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, you’ll coordinate schedules, information flow, and project support, contributing to a best-in-class interview process and rapid growth initiatives.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition Department on a temporary contract basis (6 months). In this role, you’ll help facilitate a seamless interview process for candidates.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to execute a best-in-class candidate interview experience. This role requires agility and acute attention to detail to successfully schedule and reschedule interviews while managing multiple priorities that require you to shift gears at a moment's notice without missing a beat. This position reports to our Manager, Candidate Experience, and will be based remotely near our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Base Pay Range:
20.80 - 28.60 USD Hourly
