Job summary

Staffing Synergies in New Jersey is seeking a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to connect talent with opportunities across our two active NJ locations.

You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, post jobs on major platforms, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding and I-9 processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Post jobs on platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting channels.
• Assist with orientations, onboarding paperwork, I-9 verification, and new hire processes.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and ensure hiring goals are met.
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Create recruiting flyers and advertisements to attract top talent.
• Support HR and operations teams as needed.
