Staffing Synergies is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator in New Jersey to connect candidates with meaningful opportunities. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, coordinate interviews, and post jobs across major platforms.

Work closely with hiring managers and community partners to meet staffing goals while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Post jobs on platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting channels.
• Assist with orientations, onboarding paperwork, I-9 verification, and new hire processes.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and ensure hiring goals are met.
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Create recruiting flyers and advertisements to attract top talent.
• Support HR and operations teams as needed.
