Job description

Talascend is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a REMOTE opportunity supporting a client based out of California.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule complex interviews with excellent candidate care
  • Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
  • Educate Recruiters and stakeholders on interview scheduling tools
  • Provide outstanding candidate care
  • Ensure timely and accurate feedback to inquiries from Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Partners
  • Support in-person candidate greeting and onsite interviews
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Monitor background checks and drug screens, providing updates and escalations to ensure timely start dates
  • Manage candidate trackers aligned with the ATS and pre-employment results
  • Communicate challenges in recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment processes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years supporting recruiting activities as a Coordinator, including complex interview scheduling and background check monitoring
  • Experience scheduling at high volume
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday) and background check tools (like HireRight)
  • Experience supporting technical recruitment in fast-paced environments, especially in big tech companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
