BRINC Drones is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure a smooth interviewing process across onsite, remote, and panel formats. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and work with recruiters and hiring managers to manage schedules and records in the ATS.
You will support recruiting events, track progress, and generate reports while ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to decision. A strong organizational mindset and discretion are essential.

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, maintain applicant tracking systems, and provide an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to final decision.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers (onsite, remote, and panel formats)Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling process, ensuring timely and professional communicationPartner with recruiters to manage and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support recruiting events, career fairs, and networking activities (if applicable)Partner with recruiters to track hiring progress and ensure timely follow‑upsMaintain recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed.Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every candidateAssist the People Team with additional coordinating and scheduling tasks
