SpaceXAI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Palo Alto office. This full-time, in-office role manages onsite and virtual interviews, candidate logistics, and maintains candidate data in Greenhouse. You will collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to process improvements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and is based at the Palo Alto office five days per week, with opportunities to grow within the recruiting function.
