We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This role is critical to keeping recruiting operations running smoothly—owning scheduling, coordination, systems accuracy, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure interviews, offers, and hiring workflows are executed efficiently, professionally, and on time.
Full‑time, in‑office position based in Greenville, NC. Team members are expected to work from the office Monday through Friday (5 days per week).
The Recruiting Coordinator is the operational backbone of the hiring process. Your work directly impacts hiring speed, candidate perception, and recruiter effectiveness. Done well, this role builds trust across the organization and creates a foundation for scalable hiring.
