Ogletree Deakins in Denver, CO is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with the Recruiting & Retention team. You will coordinate interviews, screen applications, source candidates, and post job ads while supporting firmwide recruiting initiatives.

Our Recruiting & Retention Department has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator or Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Recruiting & Retention team, providing high-level coordination and operational support across the firm’s California offices supporting Associate and Counsel searches. This position will work closely with and support the Firm’s Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, screening applications, sourcing candidates for open opportunities, and preparing and posting job advertisements on the Firm’s website and various job boards. The position also supports the execution of firmwide recruiting initiatives and contributes to administrative and strategic projects that advance the Firm’s overall talent objectives.
In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $55,500 and $90,200. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $51,840 and $77,760.
