Ogletree Deakins is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support the Recruiting Team with full-cycle recruiting for lateral attorneys and business professionals. The role is hybrid and based in the Denver, CO area, performing administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and candidate coordination.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of administrative support, strong communication, and comfort with MS Office and ATS systems. Law firm experience is a plus and a degree is preferred.
Our Recruiting and Retention department has the opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant to join the Firm’s expanding Talent team. Our Recruiting Team supports full-cycle recruiting efforts for all lateral attorneys and business professional staff firm-wide. Under supervision, the recruiting assistant provides administrative assistance to the Recruiting Team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Recruiting (Attorney Recruiting) and will perform complex and specialized administrative tasks related to sourcing, attracting, and hiring lateral attorneys, while working collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. This position may also assist with business professional recruiting as needed. This position is hybrid and will sit in our Denver, CO office.

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $44,400 and $60,200. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $44,400 and $60,200. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $41,600 to $53,900.
