The Recruiting Coordinator position is responsible for four primary functions: recruiting, scheduling and interviewing for clients based on order specifications. Recruiting Coordinators are tasked with working closely with Staffing Specialists to ensure they are matching quality candidates with job openings. This position is also a supporting role for administrative tasks such as receptionist duties and orientation processing.
There are no direct supervisory responsibilities. The highest performers will be team players who are well-versed in mentoring.
