Children's Cardiology, a division of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. You will handle full cycle recruitment and onboarding for new staff.

This role may be remote or hybrid based on business needs and performance; periodic onsite attendance is required for trainings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• PHR certification a plus.
• 2 years HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruitment including postings, resume review, recommendations, scheduling interviews, and other duties.
• Partner with recruiting team, hiring leaders and candidates to schedule interviews.
• Monitor recruiting inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Support onboarding with background screenings and verifications.
• Facilitate new employee orientation with materials, scheduling, and management.
• Process monthly birthday and anniversary acknowledgements.
• Create recruitment and employee files after positions close according to HR guidelines.
• Conduct I-9 documentation and E-Verify as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel records.
• Provide limited interpretation of policies and procedures.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Recruiting Coordinator

Children's Cardiology, a subsidiary of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, is comprised of more than 60 pediatric cardiologists providing comprehensive services for patients from before birth to age 21 who have acquired or congenital heart disease. The Recruiting Coordinator position encompasses a diverse mix of human resources support responsibilities with emphasis on recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement based on business needs and employee performance and may be modified at any time. Periodic onsite attendance is required for trainings, meetings, organizational events, and other business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus.
• 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience in a Human Resources Information System preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with different level managers is required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through discipline.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Must possess a high level of confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with the recruiting team, hiring leaders and candidates to schedule interviews.
• Monitors recruiting inbox and promptly responds to all inquiries.
• Support onboarding by processing candidate background screenings, verifications of employment and other new hire items.
• Facilitate new employee orientation with required materials, presentations, scheduling, and management.
• Process monthly birthday and anniversary acknowledgements.
• Create recruitment job files and employee personnel files for new hires once positions are closed based on HR guidelines.
• Conduct I-9 documentation and E-Verify process as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel records.
• May provide limited interpretation of policies and procedures to employees.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
