You will cold-call, screen candidates, negotiate offers and guide placements, while representing a growing executive search firm that values integrity, teamwork and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to source clients and candidates through outbound activity.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity and ethical mindset.
• Negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Completion of gpac training.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
