Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
  1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  2. Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, social media, etc.
  3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Job Brief

We are looking for a recruiter with strong account management and recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring excellent employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate regularly with client managers and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should be able to attract candidates using various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has an academic background in HR combined with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

The ultimate goal of the recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
