Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the US

Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
  1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  2. Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Job Brief

We are looking for a recruiter with strong account management and recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with client managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should be able to attract candidates through various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has an academic HR background combined with practical experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the recruiter’s responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  2. Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives
  3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
  4. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  5. Screen resumes and job applications
