Qualifications

• Expertise in BigQuery optimization and partitioning.
• Experience designing dimensional models and slowly changing dimensions.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, dbt, and data integration tools (Fivetran).
• Implemented data security and privacy controls in cloud warehouses.
• Able to translate HR concepts into scalable data models.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and optimize BigQuery tables to support AI-driven insights.
• Design scalable data architectures and dimensional models for HR data.
• Implement data governance, lineage, quality monitoring, and alerts.
• Ensure data access controls including row/column security for sensitive data.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt and BigQuery across HRIS/ATS.
• Develop semantic layers and documentation for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and recruiting teams.
